SUBLUE Care cannot be purchased repeatedly; each SUBLUE product can be linked to SUBLUE Care ONLY ONCE.
After using the service provided by SUBLUE Care, if the product’s serial number is changed, the supplied product will automatically be linked to the original product’s SUBLUE Care, and the original service and warranty period will continue. As a result, the original unit will no longer be covered by SUBLUE Care.
