Before writing to us
Before opening a case, check:
- the charge level of both batteries — a single weak battery is enough to mislead the diagnosis;
- what the LCD screen shows: note the code or message, it points the workshop straight to the cause;
- that the jet-pump grilles are clear;
- that the app is up to date and properly paired with the unit.
Routine care
Rinse with fresh water after every trip at sea, then dry in the shade. Grease the seals with Sublue silicone grease. For long-term storage, leave the batteries at about 60% charge and put them back on charge every three months.
